Lynn is a Zambian award-winning businesswoman and the Co-Founder, Shareholder, and Managing Director of the family-owned business Savanna Premium Chocolate. Her journey into the world of chocolate began during her studies in the UK, where she was inspired to address the disparity in the chocolate industry which leaves African and its farmers at the low end of the value chain. 

After a successful corporate career, Lynn founded Savanna Premium Chocolate to transform this narrative. Her passion for social impact business is deeply rooted in her childhood experiences working on her family's farm and love for working with small-scale farming. Lynn travels regularly to meet with our women's cocoa beans cooperative that supplies cocoa beans for Savanna Premium Chocolate. This direct trade that eliminates the need for middlemen and ensures that these women farmers have sustainable and competitive compensation. 

Lynn holds an MBA with Distinction in International Business and a BA in Business Studies with Marketing with honors from the University of Greenwich. Her career spans both the UK and Zambia, reflecting her global perspective and dedication to making a difference in the chocolate industry.
